Low Cost Spay Neuter Programs

Westchester SPCA

The Simpson Clinic at the SPCA in Briarcliff Manor offers reduced-cost spay/neuter procedures every Thursday by appointment. To make an appointment for your pet, please call (914) 941-2896 ext. 10. http://www.spca914.org/clinic.htm

Friends of Animals

Certificates may be purchased from Friends of Animals and used for a routine spay or neuter surgery at participating veterinary hospitals.

Certificates may be purchased by calling 1-800-321-PETS (1-800-321-7387) and request an application

Before ordering, please call the veterinarian of your choice from the "Participating Veterinarian" list and confirm his/her continued participation in the spay/neuter program. The Friends of Animals certificate covers the cost of a routine spay/neuter procedure including a cursory (not full) surgical pre-exam, anesthesia, surgical procedure, waste disposal, day of surgery post-operative care and pain-relief, hospitalization as required, and stitch removal if necessary.

Animal Welfare League of Westchester County

Call the Animal Welfare League at (914) 948-2094, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays (except Wednesday) to purchase discount spay/neuter certificates. Prices range depending on the size and gender of the animal. You will also get the names of vets in your area who will honor those certificates.
