Gorgeous golden eyes, smart and street savvy…that is Sweetpea... a beautiful 1 year, 3 month old, female lab mix that weighs 30 pounds. Sweetpea walks beautifully on a leash, and is a great walking buddy. She loves to play with her toys, and loves people and other dogs. Her ideal family is one with older children to play with, 10-11 years, an older canine buddy for company, and a secure fenced backyard where she can get some daily running around time. Sweetpea is sweet, friendly and playful. She loves belly rubs and just being petted in general, and will be sure to let you know with a nose nudge, if you stop too soon. She sleeps well through the night in her crate. She loves to kiss and be cuddled and Sweetpea's tail is always wagging. She gives you the best happy greeting when you come home, even if you are only gone for 10 minutes. Sweetpea doesn’t bark but will sometimes talk to you with a happy low howl. She is an enthusiastic eater, and loves treats and praise. This girl needs a home in the suburbs and is not a candidate for city living. She will do best in a quiet home. Sweetpea has so much to offer and can’t wait to share her life with her forever family.
