Pet Rescue's Spring Auction Donation Form

Please follow these directions to pay for your auction item:

• Under "Donation Amount" below, type in total amount of the item(s) you won.
• In the "Comments" field near the bottom, include the item(s) name and number.
• All bids must be paid within 3 days and picked up at Pet Rescue, 7 Harrison Ave Harrison NY on Saturday 3/30 from 11am – 1:30pm. No shipping or refunds.
• Please email us at info@ny-petrescue.org with any questions or if you need to schedule an alternate pickup date/time.
