Meet Rudy, an 8-year-old Jack Russell mix who is house-trained and knows the basic commands "sit," "lie down," "stay," and "come." He does not have the typical energy of his mix of breeds, and instead of running around he would rather lie on the couch or find a sunny spot on a rug to nap on. Rudy is 11lbs and loves treats and any food that accidentally finds its way to the floor. He will also walk on his hind legs if he thinks he sees something delicious on the counter, which is very entertaining! He has a heart-shaped patch on his back and will give an adult owner a lot of love. Rudy will do best in an adult only home as he prefers the attention and the peace and quiet of an adult-only home. That said, if you are looking for a couch companion, lap dog, or just a quiet canine to rest nestled up in a dog bed near you, Rudy is your guy!
