Otto is a sweet little guy who has a gentle, quiet nature. He is in a foster home with other dogs, and enjoys their company. Otto's foster mom is working with him to build confidence and he has made good progress. Otto enjoys his foster mom's attention...accepting pets, treats and of course belly rubs. Otto is housebroken and sleeps through the night. His forever home should be with a family that has experience with shy dogs. Apartment living will be a little overwhelming for him, and he will do well in a house... a quiet environment, with adults and no small children. A canine buddy would be a plus. This little boy is a gem, just waiting for the right person or family to help him reach his potential.
