Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About ZZ Bandit...

Looking for a fun-loving sidekick? Meet Bandit, a beautiful 2½-year-old, 37-lb girl who is playful, affectionate and full of personality. Bandit is spayed, housebroken, and up to date on all vaccines. She loves to run, explore and play with other dogs and would be a great match for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle. Once she’s had a chance to get her energy out, Bandit settles down beautifully, sleeps well and loves to cuddle with her people.  Bandit gets adorably excited when her favorite people come home and is always ready when it’s time for food or fun! She can be jumpy when excited and needs some continued work on her leash manners. She also loves a good squirrel chase, so a secure leash or fenced yard is important. If you’re looking for a loving, playful companion who is up for an adventure and equally happy snuggling afterward, Bandit may be your girl!
