Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Ruby Ann...

Meet Ruby Ann, an adorable 8-10 month old terrier mix who's ready to steal your heart! This 12-pound bundle of joy arrived at Petrescue with her buddy Jacob. Ruby Ann is pure puppy energy wrapped up in a gorgeous black coat with a crisp white chest that looks like she's wearing a tuxedo. Her floppy ears give her an irresistibly sweet expression. She's full of excitement and love, greeting each new day (and every person she meets) with enthusiasm and tail wags. As a young terrier mix, Ruby Ann has all the spunk and playfulness you'd expect, along with plenty of affection to share. If you're looking for a loyal companion with plenty of personality, Ruby Ann might be your perfect match!  Be sure to complete an application on line and come to our Meet & Greet Saturdays 11:30-1:30.
