Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About ZZ Cardi- Courtesy Listing...

Meet Cardi… a pup with a heart full of love looking for the perfect match. With her cuddly nature and gentle soul, she’s social with people and has mastered all her manners. She is fully crate trained, is an excellent travel buddy, and is 98% potty trained. Wether you’re looking for an active hiking partner or a cozy indoor snuggle buddy, she’s perfectly happy either way. She loves to run and play outdoors but is equally content relaxing at home. Her ideal forever home would be with adults or older children as Cardi prefers to be the only pet where she can give and receive all the love. Cardi is deeply loved in her current home, but their circumstances have changed, and they can no longer care for her. This special girl is looking for a family who understands that some dogs simply thrive best as solo pets. Could you be the perfect fit for this sweet soul?
