Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Sky...

Sky is a stunning 1-year-old retriever mix with a personality as bright as her name. This gorgeous girl has a truly unique look—one captivating blue eye and one warm brown eye  Sky is always ready for adventure, whether it's a game of fetch, a long walk, or romping around the yard. Sky gets along with people, plays well with other dogs, and is even cat-friendly. Already housebroken and ready to settle into her forever home, Sky is looking for a family who can match her enthusiasm for life and give her all the love and activity she deserves. This special girl is sure to bring joy into your home. Be sure to complete an application on line and come to our Meet & Greet Saturdays 11:30-1:30.
