Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Rocky...

This handsome 5-year-old hound/beagle mix is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a gentle, loving friend. With his even-tempered personality and friendly nature, he gets along well with everyone he meets. He loves being petted and will happily soak up all the attention you can give him. At 5 years old, he's past the puppy phase but still has plenty of love and good years ahead. This sweet boy is ready to bring joy and companionship to his forever family! Be sure to complete an application on line and come to our Meet & Greet Saturday 11:30-1:30.
