Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Valentina...

Valentina is a regal sable Smooth Collie. She is active and loves to be outside, but is also gentle and chill in the house. She walks great on a leash and enjoys multiple walks a day…also trail walking and playing fetch with a tennis ball. She loves other dogs and is super friendly to them…and she also loves kids. Valentina sleeps well in her crate at night and is completely housebroken. Valentina would do great with an active person/family and would fit beautifully with kids and another dog. Be sure to complete an application on line and come to our Meet & Greet Saturdays 11:30-1:30.
