Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

A little About Mocha and Royal...

Double doses of love! That's what you'll have if you adopt Mocha (mom) and Royal (son). Mocha is a 3 year old terrier mix, and weighs 14 lbs. Royal is a year old pup, who weighs 11 lbs and appears to have lots of Yorkie in him. They have always lived together. They are a bonded pair and sweetly so, taking care of each other and checking in constantly. They are a very happy couple when hanging out together with their people... playing,  enjoying cuddles, and eating snacks. Royal is also very polite and allows his mom to get her snacks first, each and every time. Their foster reports that they are both calm, snuggly, and playful. They are both friendly, housebroken and walk nicely on a leash.  We would like their forever home to adopt both dogs, so that they can continue the closeness they now enjoy. If you are ready to fill your home and heart with the cutest pair, apply for Mocha and Royal today! This perfect pair are sure to reward you with a lifetime of loyal companionship.
