Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting. The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated. In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

A little About Hercules...

Hercules is a trained therapy dog and has been with one owner since puppyhood. Hercules finds himself looking for a new home, as his beloved owner has passed away. Hercules is housebroken, and up to date on all vaccines. He has lived with adults and teens, and is sweet, super lovable calm and playful. Hercules is friendly, outgoing and loves people. He's also a bit lazy...one might even call him a "couch potato". He walks nicely on the leash, is fine with strangers, tolerant of cats and knows basic commands. In summary, all the work, over many years of being loved and living with one family in one home, has made Hercules a wonderful companion. It will be a lucky family that welcomes him into their home. Be sure to complete an application on line, and come to our Meet & Greet Saturday 11:30-1:30.

Our mission is to aid homeless, abandoned and neglected cats and dogs, to nurture them in the foster care of volunteers, to provide veterinary care and socialization, and to place them in permanent loving and responsible homes.
