Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Azura...

Azura hardly expected to be house hunting at this age, but sometimes life throws you a curve ball. Azura is a lovely, older lady looking to spend her senior years as a constant comfort to her own special human. She is cautious at first, but with a little patience, she will warm up. She likes sleeping in bed cuddled up, is good with dogs and cats, and loves to walk...really fast! All the work was put in years ago, so you can be sure you are welcoming to your home an excellent companion. Be sure to complete an application on line and come to our Meet & Greet Saturday 11:30-1:30.
