Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting. The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated. In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

A little About Noelle...

This beautiful boxer mix joined Petrescue just in time for Christmas, and of course we named her Noelle. To say that Noelle had a difficult start in life, is an understatement. As incomprhensible as this sounds, Noelle was thrown out of a moving car. A Department of Transportation worker happened to witnes this tradgedy, and brought her to the police station. Fortunately she was not hurt and Petrescue was notified by the police. We picked Noelle up, brought her to Petrescue and she is now enjoying a new lease on life with us and doing well. She is a sweet girl, friendly with humans and other dogs. If you would like to meet this girl, come to our Meet & Greet Saturday 11:30-1:30.

Our mission is to aid homeless, abandoned and neglected cats and dogs, to nurture them in the foster care of volunteers, to provide veterinary care and socialization, and to place them in permanent loving and responsible homes.
