Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Peter Pan...

Peter Pan arrived at Petrescue with his girlfriend Tinkerbell. Through DNA testing, we've confirmed that he is pure Beagle...and what a sweet boy!  With his beautiful big brown eyes, and long houndy ears, his appeal is clear. True to his breed, he is a happy loving, lovable and snuggable guy... loves to be with his family...and he takes treats so gently! His foster mom says that life with Peter Pan has been an absolute dream! He walks so well on the leash that they take long hikes...and he loves to roll in the grass at home. This sweet boy with make a happy family happier.!Be sure to complete an application on line and come to our Meet & Greet Saturday 11:30-1:30.
