Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

A little About Kyler...

Kyler is a little shy with new people, but his foster dad says that he has improved tremendously.  He is a sweet boy, and gets comfort from sitting in your lap. Kyler is comfortable following a routine. He likes to be outside, and likes to be held while outside. He is a quiet guy, and is happy cuddled up on the couch.  He has become attached to his foster canine brother and they walk beautifully together. Kyler grows more confident when he is with other dogs and needs the company of a calm canine buddy in his forever home. He is OK with cats and is housebroken. Kyler will depend on his new forever family to have lots of patience, and allow him time to gain trust. Still waters run deep…Kyler is a thinker… he listens but hesitates before making the leap. Be sure to complete an application on line and come to our Meet & Greet Saturday 11:30-1:30.
