Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting. The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated. In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

A little About ZZ Mr Feeny and Taco-Courtesy Listing...

Looking for love? So are Mr.Feeny and Taco. They are a bonded pair, looking for a loving home where they can continue the beautiful friendship they now enjoy. Mr. Feeny is a 4 year old, 14 pound chihuahua mix and Taco is a 3 year old 20 pound dachshund mix. They have lived together and are the best of friends. Taco has a spunky yet laid-back demeanor and is the perfect couch buddy. He loves soaking up the sun, and spending time outdoors. He may bark and howl at the outside world, but he's truly a gentle giant. Despite his tough exterior, he's a softy at heart, especially when it comes to little kiddos.

Feeny is a ball of energy and loves couch cuddles, pets and belly rubs, burrowing in blankets, hanging out in his kennel and walks where he can meet new people other dogs. He's not great with young children, but could do well with older kids. He’s affectionate, loyal and will form a strong bond with his owner.

This pair is sure to bring double the joy to their new home. In some ways having two dogs is easier than one, because they keep each other company.
