Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Georgette...

Meet Georgette! This pretty girl is friendly with humans but it will take her a minute or two to warm up … once she knows you, she is very relaxed, enjoys belly rubs and will show you her playful side. She jumps for joy when she is happy; makes herself right at home on the sofa; walks well on a leash, is fussy about getting groomed, and is working on potty training. Georette sleeps well through the night, wrapped snug as a bug in a rug in her blanket. She is friendly with other dogs and will happily coexist with them, but doesn’t really engage in play. Georgette is a lovely lady with a unique personality – come meet her!
