Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

Due to the extremely high number of applications we have been receiving, the review process will take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

A little About Puppuccino...

Watch a video of Puppuccino playing fetch! Puppuccino is a little dog with a very long name. He is sweet and friendly with humans and other dogs, greeting all with a waggy tail. He is a little intimidated by small children, so his forever home should be one with older teens or adults. He is a social guy and is happiest when he is with people. Puppuccino likes to be petted, loves his walks, and walks nicely on a leash. Puppuccino has lovely manners…He is housebroken, sits right by his foster family at the dinner table, but doesn’t beg.  He comes when you ask if he wants a walk, and loves a good game of fetch. He was not at all frightened by thunder, and sleeps quietly next to his foster’s bed. This is one happy dog!    Be sure to complete an application on line and continue to monitor our website for updates.
