Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Max...

Max was found locally and brought to us to check his microchip. When we called his owner, they said they did not want him back. We can't understand why because he is such an easy dog in his foster home. He's friendly with all people including kids, plus cats and other dogs. He is good on leash and in the car, and sleeps peacefully all night. He is not nippy or yappy, and he's housebroken too! Applications are being accepted now and pending our standard veterinary evaluation, he will be available for adoption shortly. Be sure to complete an application on line and continue to monitor our website for updates.
