Ace began life in a shelter, and was not exposed to all the normal social situations a puppy experiences. But now, as a result of living with a wonderful foster family, Ace is learning all about love and trust. It takes a little time for him to warm up to new people, but once he does, his personality shines and he is sweet and affectionate. Ace loves playing with other dogs and running after tennis balls. He loves activity and has loads of fun at the dog park. Ace is a great walking or hiking partner, but also enjoys just hanging and enjoying a good chew on his Nylabone. Just leave some out and he will find them himself and keep busy. When it is quiet time, Ace enjoys a good cuddle with those he trusts, lying on his back on the couch, and an occasional belly rub. He walks nicely on leash, is house trained and sleeps peacefully in his crate overnight in his foster home. He is a smart boy, a quick learner and knows lots of commands…and has proven to love swimming. Ace will do best in a low traffic home. He has so much love to offer... Give him time and space and he will be your most loyal companion. Be sure to complete an application on line and come and meet Ace at our weekly Meet & Greet Saturdays 11:30-1:30
