Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Eddie...

Watch a video of Eddie here. If you like your dogs big and very handsome, then Eddie is the dog for you. He likes people... almost as much as he likes treats!  Eddie is totally engaged and loves to hang out with his people, and get lots of pets. Eddie is housebroken and house behaved…no counter surfing, or trying to get food… no chewing anything he shouldn’t. Eddie walks nicely on the leash and is perfectly behaved in a home. He loves his walks...his toys... is great with people and would prefer a low-key home without a lot of activity. Eddie wants to give you all his love, so please...can he be your one and only canine family member? If you are looking for a forever friend, come meet Eddie... he has so much love to give his new family! Be sure to complete an application on line and come meet Eddie at our Meet & Greet Saturday 11:30-1:30
