Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting. The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated. In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

A little About Chiquita...

To quote Chiquita's foster mom... "Chiquita is so incredibly sweet, we adore her" She is a shy girl, but definitely making little improvements every single day. She is actually way more comfortable outside than inside. She's a little explorer outside! She likes to play with sticks, dig for bugs, climb on rocks and log piles... and the cutest thing is when she runs, she looks like a little reindeer. Chiquita is crate trained, and housebroken but is not a fan of cats. Chiquita is a very special dog indeed!

Our mission is to aid homeless, abandoned and neglected cats and dogs, to nurture them in the foster care of volunteers, to provide veterinary care and socialization, and to place them in permanent loving and responsible homes.
