Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting. The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated. In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

A little About Taco...

Taco is the perfect pint sized dog. He is estimated to be about 5 years old and weighs in at less than 5 pounds. We think that he is a Mexican Hairless Chihuahua mix and we know that he is adorable. He is quite interested in the world, spending his time exploring the backyard and taking car rides with the family. He loves the other dogs in his foster home and gets along with the resident cat. Taco is housebroken and sleeps through the night either in his own bed or snuggling with his humans. We are recommending a home with older children or all adults since he is so small.

Our mission is to aid homeless, abandoned and neglected cats and dogs, to nurture them in the foster care of volunteers, to provide veterinary care and socialization, and to place them in permanent loving and responsible homes.
