Beans is a Chihuahua mix, about a year old, with a curly tail, floppy ears, an exceptionally soft coat, and a bouncy strut ... a beautiful little soul with so much love waiting to be shared! He’s athletic enough for a solid hike and calm enough to come home and settle in beside you, preferably in contact with you. Beans just needs the right environment to feel safe and thrive. He needs a few days to settle in, but given a little time, Beans feels safe and bonds quickly and deeply. He loves being close and will follow his favorite person around, giving the sweetest kisses. He is affectionate, loyal, and truly wants to be part of his person's world. He does best with someone who wants that kind of closeness. Beans has been living in a senior building, which simply isn't the right environment for him. He has become protective of his person and her apartment, and the activity and surroundings of the building have been difficult for him. Beans will thrive in a calm, stable environment with someone who will appreciate having a loyal little shadow by their side…an adult home where he can let his sweet personality shine.
