Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

Due to the extremely high number of applications we have been receiving, the review process will take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

A little About ZZ Juno-Courtesy Post...

*This is a courtesy listing and has no affiliation with Petrescue.  If you are interested in this dog please contact the owner listed below directly.

Juno is a smart, super sweet, active young lady who already knows the "sit" and "down" command. Juno barks to let you know that someone is walking by or at the door, but is fine on the leash when away from the house. She still has a little bit of the puppy in her and is working on manners training. Juno's ideal home is one with an experienced owner, a fenced in yard and no small children. She loves her people, is a total cuddler and wants to be your one and only 4 legged family member. Juno is a great dog and will do best in a very active home...one who will devote time to training her or give her a "job". If you are interested in this dog, please contact  sukivandijk@gmail.com
