Don't even think about passing her by without an adoring word or a scritch under her chin. She will politely remind you with a quick, soft meow to get your attention. If you would like a companion with purrfect manners and a sweet disposition, Celia is the one for you. She prefers people to other feline friends and would do best in a home without dogs.
