This tiny tiger is curious, friendly, chatty and outgoing. Full of energy, he loves to run around, play and wrestle with his siblings. But when it's time to wind down he enoys making biscuits and to curl up for a nap on your lap! Billy will thrive best in a home with another cat or with plenty of humans to play with.
