Pepper is a classic tabby boy with a playful, loving personality. His favorite game is Follow the Leader. Pepper is happiest following our volunteers from room to room. When he gets tired, he plops down on the nearest foot and rolls over for pets. Pepper is also very talkative and will call out if he can't find his people. He's quite simply irresistible. Pepper would do well with a family that can keep him busy and shower him with attention.
