Howie is an affectionate, outgoing young boy. His favorite place is wherever you are. Howie loves attention and is very social. He loves to play and is able to keep himself busy if his human playmates aren't available. Howie has a sweet side too. He's quick to jump up and settle on a lap.
Howie is comfortable with other cats and would do well in a home with children and a family to shower him with love.
