HI! My name is Delila Jane! I’m an approximately 5 year old little - in size at least - Pitty. I weigh 58 lbs. I was originally rescued in South Carolina by my family, who found me at a PetSmart, emaciated and still lactating from my last of many litters of pups. Over the last 3 years, I’ve lived with my family, learned to walk on a leash, am completely house broken. I am learning new things everyday like sitting and staying. I will even flip my water bowl over when it’s empty and I’m thirsty. I love to go to the beach and swim, although I need my shark vest to stay afloat. I’m great with kids. I’m patient, never aggressive and love to play. I really love my people and love to give tons of kisses. Recently, I’ve become a bit too bossy - aka being a bully - with the other dogs in my house, and despite the love and affection of my family, we’ve decided that I will be much happier in a home where I will be the ONLY DOG. I am a true love-bug. Snuggling on the couch is one of my favorite activities, but I’m also fine chilling in my crate. A backyard would be great because I love to spend time outside sitting in the sun and exploring things. I’m looking for a home where I can get all the attention from my humans. I am fully vetted and I've been spayed. If I sound like that Pitty you’ve been searching for, please call Darcy at 917-682-1999. References and a home-visit are mandatory.
