Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting. The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated. In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

A little About Simba...

Simba has finally arrived New York! Simba was born 5,000 miles away on the streets of Aydin, Turkey. When his rescuer found him, Simba was emaciated and had a bad case of Demodex mange. Simba was nursed back to health and flown safely to the USA.

Everyone who has met Simba raves about what a great and special dog he is. Simba is about 9 months old and weighs 62 pounds. He's great with adults, kids, other dogs and cats. Simba is gentle dog with a loving heart and adores his humans! He will make a fantastic addition to any family.
