Val

Val is a busybody, exploring every corner and every height. He came from a family of Van cats, a Turkish breed, white with black spots. Val does very nicely with other cats. In his time with Pet Rescue, this elegant cat has gone from being shy to enthusiastically claiming his share of love and attention.

Valentine

Valentine is a gorgeous calico looking for a home. This sweet 2 year old would be happy in a home where she can spend time looking out the window or sitting in a warm cozy lap. Valentine spent three days stuck in a tree and was rescued by the fire department. All of her kittens were adopted now it's her turn. Rescued in 2015.

Valentine Day Kittens

COMING SOON! These 6 beautiful kittens were brought to a good samaritan in early February who then contacted Pet Rescue to find them a foster home. They went into foster care on February 14th and were named the Valentines Day kittens. They are all very friendly, purring, snuggly and confident. Born mid December, they are almost ready to go to their permanent homes with 2 sets of shots, microchips and lots of love to give. The kitties are listed separately on this site - DOVE, GANDOLF, PHANTOM, RIPLEY, SPENCER, WHISPER Please fill out an adoption application to get preapproved because when you meet these babies you'll want to bring them home the same day. Due to their exceedingly friendly nature these kittens must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with a pet or full time resident. Rescued in 2016.

Van

Van is a big, handsome cat - about 2 years old and very friendly. He was abandoned in an apt by his owners and the super of the building put him outside to fend for himself. He is used to living in a home and just wants someone to love him. Rescued in 2013.

Vanessa

is a gorgeous young cat who had a litter of kittens and is ready for a home of her own. She is mostly white except for her fluffy tail and a splotch on her head. She is warm and loving and would make a wonderderful pet. She has a Ragdoll personality.

Vanessa

Vanessa is a 10 year old Russian Blue female whose beloved owner lost her home and put Vanessa onto the streets to fend for herself. She is a very sweet and calm feline. Vanessa now resides in a great foster home where she is surrounded by other cats and dogs, and gets along with all. Rescued in 2012.

Vanilla

This adorable kitten is about 9 weeks old. She is very sweet and friendly.

Velvet

Velvet is everything good: sweet-tempered, affectionate, friendly with other cats and beautiful - her deep black coat almost sparkles. Still smallish, she stretches her lithe little body belly-up when asking to be stroked. Velvet (aka Sonia) is about 7 months old and may grow a little. You will not find a nicer cat.

Venus

This little female kitty was one of a litter of 5. Her mom was brought in off the street just before Venus and her siblings were born. Mom cat now has a permanent home. Venus and her siblings, Little Romeo, Ruby, Rose and Cupid are extremely playful and purr machines. Rescued in 2015.

Vera's Kittens

Only 1 females among Vera's Kittens remains to be adopted, E-Binx. This adorable, black kitten was born on May 15, 2016. E-Binx loves to play and run around. When you pick her up, she will love your cuddles and kisses. cc Rescued in 2016.

Veronica

Veronica is a charming tortie/calico mix, about 3 years old now, who was rescued from under a porch, sick and with kittens. Now in splendid health, Veronica is very playful, fun and affectionate. Spayed and up to date with all vaccinations, Veronica will be a delight in your home. She shares a foster home with other cats and dogs and gets along well with all. Rescued in 2011.

Vicki

A very sweet and loving 4 month old Tuxedo kitten.

Victoria

Victoria is a medium haired Lynx Point Siamese who was dropped off at the Cumberland County SPCA (New Jersey) with a flea infestation. A young adult, Victoria has been treated for fleas but is still recuperating from the skin irritation it caused. Victoria is a marvelous cat who thinks she is queen of the world (she is pretty enough to be!) She is a bit of a diva and does like to have things her way. Victoria

Sweet Victoria is about 4 years old and as sweet and gentle a kitty as you could ever want. This Russian Blue mix was found by a kind cat lover and brought to Ardsley Vets for a full health check-up (her health is excellent). Victoria is extremely even tempered, loves to be held, purrs a lot and enjoys people and attention. Victoria's Kittens

William (orange) and Isabella and Victoria (light orange) are three delightful little kittens, born March 31 in New Rochelle. Raised by their mom -- a two-year-old calico who found shelter in a family's garage (and who also needs a home) -- they will be available for adoption when they are eight weeks old (May 31). Their foster mom (Victoria) reports that they like people and are as sweet and adorable as tiny kittens can be. Rescued in 2014.

Vienna

Vienna is a buff colored kitten who is about 8 weeks old as of 7/15/15. Vienna was rescued from the street and has bonded with Stella. Now in a wonderful home, both kitties get along with dogs are are super sweet and playful. Vienna and Stella need to be adopted together. mn Rescued in 2015.

Vincent

is an orange and white tabby, under a year old. He's extremely affectionate and clean. He loves to sit on your lap and play.

Vinny

is a gorgeous, blue-eyed Maine Coon mix with luscious, long white fur and gray markings. His owner moved into a senior residence and can no longer care for him. He has all shots, neutered and declawed.

Violet

is a ten-month-old female cat. She is very sweet and a little bit shy (although she warms to people after a while). Violet is part of a litter that was rescued from the Larchmont Train Station. Her coloring resmbles that of a Russian Blue, and her coat is thick like a bunny rabbit's.

Violet is one adorable kitty, very sweet and friendly with a cute little pink nose and pretty grey and white coat. This sweetheart came to us with her kittens, who have all been adopted. Violet loves people, enjoys being petted, and now it's her time to find a loving, permanent home. KC Rescued in 2011.

Vivian

Vivian is an 8 month old (Jan 2015) female kitty who is very sweet, playful and wonderfully affectionate. Her owner passed away and she was thrown out onto the freezing streets to fend for herself. Rescued in 2015.

Vivika

Vivika is a sweet and gentle brown tabby Maine Coon. After her owner passed away, she was abandoned on the street where we scooped her up and gave her a good foster home. Vivika is in good health, up to date with all shots and ready for a new permanent home to call her very own. Rescued in 2011.
