Adopt or Foster a Dog

Pet Rescue is dedicated to providing cats and dogs with a second chance to find loving and safe homes.
Dogs currently available for adoption are featured below. New animals are added as they become available.
You can help! Please share their profiles, because every adoption makes room for another deserving pet.

Please be sure to check the status of the dog you may be interested in adopting.  The status of a particular dog will be one of the following:

  • Adoptable - Dog has not yet been adopted out to a family although there may be applications that are still in the process of being evaluated.  In addition, following approval the applicant will meet the dog with their family to make sure it is a good fit.
  • Adoption Pending - Approved applicant has scheduled a meet and greet with the dog and an adoption seems likely.
  • Adopted- Dog has been adopted but will continue to remain our website for a short period of time following the actual adoption.

  4. Complete the Adoption Application and submit

A little About Charlie...

Charlie made him right at home with his foster family and is very well behaved inside their home. He loves to sit on your lap to cuddle. He sleeps peacefully throughout the night and spends his days either napping or looking out the window. He loves to play fetch with his toys and carry them around. He recently graduated from basic manners class and is quite proud of himself. Charlie does not like the sounds and busyness of the city and is best suited for living in a suburban home (no apts) without much activity or traffic as he can be a bit unpredictable outside. If you are a homebody looking for a snuggly dog to keep you company, he might just be the one for you... he loves his people.  Be sure to complete an application on line and monitor our website for updates.
